What you can do to help
Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri Setup
Setup - As we are at the Infants school this year ,there is a lot of equipment to be moved from the primary site and setup prior to Friday Nights Opening.
Lots of lifting involved so Dads please volunteer some help here.
Anyone else who can spare a few hours on Friday 'JUST ROLL UP' and we will make good use of your time.
Friday Night
Food Service - Serving the prepared food to the attendees.
Drinks Waiter - Serving drinks to the attendees.
Saturday & Sunday
BBQ & KEBAB Food - Cooking and Serving of Barbequed Food & Kebabs.
Devonshire Teas - Preparation and Serving of food, washing up, clearing and setting tables, serving customers.
School Stall - We have 4 sub stalls – The Bay Bakery, Pre Loved Toys, Bottle Draw, and of course the children’s favourite - SHOWBAGS.
As a volunteer you will greatly assist us by helping and encouraging patrons to buy all our stock - Our mission is to sell EVERYTHING that has been donated.
Raffle - Selling of Raffle tickets in the playground on the day
Auction Spotter - Helping the Acutioneer see all bids, and then get details from winning bidder
Art Sales - Taking payments for Art work sold
.Entry Sales - Collecting Gold coin donation at entry gates to school
Craft Activites - Helping out with Craft stalls, such as face painting, coloured sand etc.
Book Stall - Sales of dontated Books, DVDs etc
